  • Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability. Standard shipping is free on all orders of $60 or more in the lower 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and overseas orders will incur additional shipping charges based on weight and dimensions. For freight quotes please call (1-800-230-4466) or email (info@ultrabeautybarber.com) with your full shipping address to include all postal codes required. Note: Ultrabeautybarber.com is not responsible for any additional brokerage fees or duties imposed by the country of residence

    All methods of FedEx shipping are available. Orders will normally be sent via FedEx Ground, with exception of deliveries to PO box addresses, which will be shipped via standard USPS. If you would like to receive your product via another method of shipping (i.e. Overnight, 2 Day, etc.) please call and we will give you a price for that shipping method. All deliveries will be made according to the carrier’s standard procedures. Due to FedEx restrictions, certain orders may be split into separate packages. Large items such as Barber Chairs are shipped as freight via truckline. Our large items are priced including freight charges.



  • International
  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. UltraBeautyBarber.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.


  • Sales Tax
  • Sales tax is charged to Virginia residents only.


  • Warranties

  • Ultrabeautybarber.com warrants that the goods sold will, when delivered, be free of defects in workmanship or material. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the period of not more than 30 days from the shipping date, Ultrabeautybarber.com shall, upon prompt notice and compliance by the customer, correct such non-conformity by repair or replacement. Correction in the manner provided above shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of Ultrabeautybarber.com with respect to the quality of the products. The forgoing warrant is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality, whether written, oral, or implied (including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose).

    After 30 days from the shipping date, the manufacturer’s warranty for the goods sold will be the sole correction available to the customer. The manufacturer has sole discretion to repair or replace goods according to policies set forth in their warranty. The customer has the sole responsibility to contact and return goods to the manufacturer for repair or replacement after 30 days from the shipping date.



  • Return Policy

  • Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days to ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All products returned without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.

    Unused items (with exception of made-to-order or special-order items) in their original packaging may be returned within 14 business days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items when it is apparent the product has been used or is not in its original packaging.

    Customers are responsible for all “return shipping charges” unless the item is damaged or defective.
